    Registration is now available for the Region 9 NCQA PCMH Virtual Training Program! Thanks to support from HRSA, NCQA is pleased to provide this no-cost virtual training around Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition for Region 9. This virtual training is hosted by the California Primary Care Association and will consist of two courses: NCQA’s Introduction to PCMH Program: Foundational Concepts of the Medical Home & NCQA’s Advanced PCMH Program: Mastering the Medical Home Transformation. Please note that HRSA is only covering costs for FQHC/330 grantees at this time.

    Training will be provided through a series of on-demand (recorded) lectures interspersed with live webinars for Q&A, polling, content review, and engagement with the training faculty. The required on-demand modules should be reviewed prior to each scheduled webinar session. The live webinars with be hosted by NCQA faculty and will take place Monday, September 20 through Thursday, September, 23. You may click here to view the program schedule.

    NCQA will provide the same continuing medical education credit and PCMH Certified Content Expert (CCE) maintenance of certification credit normally provided when this training is delivered as in-person seminars. Additionally, learners who complete both sessions will become eligible to sit for the CCE exam.

    PLEASE NOTE: After you complete your registration you will receive an email from NCQA confirming the training has been added to your account in the learning management system. To access the course, log-in through the link provided in the email using your My.NCQA.org credentials, select “TAKE COURSE” to access the materials and begin completing the pre-course work (on-demand pre-recorded webinars). It may take a day or two after you receive your email acknowledgement before the course materials appear in your account, please monitor this. You must complete the pre-course work prior to the start of the live training – the trainer/faculty will be reviewing this material during the live webinars. You will access the live webinars through your learning management system account.
