This self-defense presentation will introduce the basic principles of self-defense. Participants will learn and practice strikes, releases, and kicks. Includes awareness and assertiveness exercises in a non-threatening environment with a combination of discussion and activity format.

Participants must be ages 12 and up.

Event will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
